“Lettie’s private sessions were excellent and helped me to better understand and control the small, but powerful movements I could make in her group classes.” —Deb Steele
Lettie Arnold has practiced Pilates since 1999. Lettie has been teaching STOTT PILATES® since June 2002. At present, she offers both small group mat and private mat / reformer instruction:

Personal Pilates Training
Personal Pilates training and classes are offered in a serene, non-gym environment at Lettie Arnold Home Studio. Because we are all different, one on one training is an ideal way to study Pilates. Lettie Arnold can make a full assessment of your current abilities and design a program tailored to your goals, strengths and special needs.
Current session runs from May 4 - June 10, 2010. Drop-ins are welcome. Class details are below.
