Community Mat Classes start with STOTT PILATES®Essential Mat Exercises and progress to an intermediate level. Each class features a sequence of controlled, precise floor movements and may include small equipment such as the Fitness Ring and flex bands.  Emphasis is placed on building core strength (abdominal and back muscles) and overall body sculpting.

Beginner Intermediate Pilates Mat Class: (14 classes)

A full body workout that will increase strength, improve posture and flexibility with the aid of  bands and circles. This class begins with upper body strengthening and balance. We then move to the mat and focus on core strength and spinal flexibility The class finishes with stretching and lengthening.

  • Mondays & Wednesdays 8:30 - 9:30 am

Upper Valley Event Center - Norwich, VT

Beginner Intermediate Pilates Mat Class

Mat Pilates is a full body workout that improves spinal flexibility, posture and core strength. It also includes upper body strengthening with bands. The class is appropriate for both beginners and those with experience. Please bring a mat if you have one (we can supply if requested).

  • Tuesdays and Thursdays 8:30 - 9:30 am
